TOK? What does "Top of Keyway" mean?
Top of Keyway tesnion tools are designed to be inserted in the keywoay towards the direction of the pins. Since most lock pickers pick the cylinder open with the pins on top (because the cylinders are installed like this in America and some other countries), "Top of Keyway" has established itself as the term for this tensioning method.
TOK tension tools are essential
Choosing the right tensioning tool is sometimes more important than the handpick itself. The "Prybar" -style version has meanwhile become the most used tensioning tool for many lockpickers and is the first to be tested in the lock.

Our new LOCKMASTER® TOK Basic Prybar-Style tensioners are the result of months of optimization and development and were developed together with Tallan Pick and Lock Noob. Several tests and prototypes have been made to ensure that these tools are of high quality at a good price.
