Shipping and delivery

DHL Standard:

Shipping charges on online-shop orders for delivery by DHL standard within Germany are 4.95€. For orders with a net value above 100 €, shipping within Germany by DHL standard is free.

Shipping charges to EU countries are 21.24€ (up to 500€ order value) and 26.60€ above an order value of 500€.

For all other countries shipping charges are calculated according to weight and country. You can view the charges in your shopping cart. Shipping abroad is by DHL parcel service (insured).

Should the order exceed this weight or the shop does not offer you shipping costs, please contact us for an individual offer.

DHL Express:

Shipping charges on online-shop orders for delivery within Germany by DHL Express are 12.95€. For orders with a net value above 350€, shipping within Germany by DHL Express is free.

For all other countries shipping charges are calculated according to weight, order value and destination. You can view the charges in your shopping cart.

DHL express service is only possible up to 20 kg. Should the order exceed this weight or the shop does not offer you shipping costs, please contact us for an individual offer.

Further information:

Cash on delivery (COD) is only possible within Germany by DHL standard. A cash on delivery dispatch to a parcel pick-up station is not possible.

• The minimum order value for the online-shop is net 10€.
• All prices are shown in EUR and if not shown otherwise inclusive of VAT of 19%.
• Delivery time is usually between 1-3 days. Potential exceptions can be found on the relative product pages.
• For deliveries outside the EU additional charges and custom charges can occur.
• Should you have a dealer account and order with it, shipping charges will be calculated manually and communicated to you.
